Can I return or exchange a custom jewelry piece?

Custom jewelry is made specifically to your chosen design and specifications, so custom pieces cannot be returned or exchanged. However, if your piece arrives damaged or there is a manufacturing issue, please contact us and we will work with you to repair or resolve the issue.
